Meet Belinda Seiger

My name is Belinda Seiger. I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years providing specialized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Counseling, Harm Reduction and Acceptance and Committment therapy. I tailor my approach to fit your needs, rather than attempting to use a "one size fits all" methodology for your situation.  I used evidence based therapy to treat OCD and related disorders, specifically Exposure Response and Ritual Prevention, which is the only evidence based (researched) method that works to treat the symptoms of OCD.
